We open our doors in Oxford, Wantage and London as of Monday 1st June 2020
To our landlord clients, seller clients, current purchasers and tenants, thank you for your unflinching support and patience over the course of the past few months, during the ‘Lock Down’ period. We have deliberately held off physically re-opening our offices, despite HM Government opening up the English property market at short notice in mid-May. We have been extremely conscious of people’s health concerns, which they have articulated to us over recent weeks and these have over-ridden any commercial imperative to re-open as quickly as possible. With the ‘High Street’ destined to see increased ‘foot fall’ as of June 15th, when retail operations will resume their activities, this will be a measure as to the public confidence in resuming some level of normality at least, hence our decision to sensitively re-open at this point in time.
Our offices are ready and compliant with COVID-19 safety rules and all appointments booked with us also very carefully comply, through use of personal protective equipment and the requisite ‘social distancing’. We are also using up to the minute property technology through our relationship with CoreLogic, to provide prospective viewers (either tenants or buyers) with a ‘virtual’ viewing experience, in order to completely minimise any risk at the first viewing stage. Naturally, second viewing of a property in its physical form will be handled with care and with all party’s safety in mind, whilst not detracting from the essence of the experience itself,
